Users may upload documents such as: rate confirmations; lumper receipts; invoices. Users retain ownership of uploaded content. By uploading content, users grant LoadLeak a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display the data as necessary for service functionality.
LoadLeak uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials.
User data may be retained for as long as necessary to provide the Service. LoadLeak may delete inactive account data after extended periods. Users may request deletion of their data at any time.
