LoadLeak Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the LoadLeak Service (LoadLeak.com). It is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service. Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
1. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to:
- Submit fraudulent claims: Fabricating, falsifying, or misrepresenting claim data, documentation, or communications. This includes claims for loads that did not occur, inflated amounts, forged receipts, or fabricated appointment/arrival times.
- Spam or mass unsolicited communications: Sending bulk, automated, or unsolicited claim submissions, emails, or communications to brokers or carriers without a legitimate business relationship or prior consent.
- Harass brokers or carriers: Using the Service to threaten, intimidate, defame, or harass any broker, carrier, or third party. This includes abusive language, excessive or repetitive contact, or communications intended to coerce or intimidate.
- Misuse broker contact information: Using broker email addresses or contact details obtained through or in connection with the Service for purposes other than legitimate freight claim documentation and follow-up. You may not sell, share, or use broker contacts for marketing, list-building, or unrelated commercial purposes.
- Impersonate others: Representing yourself as another company, person, or entity without authorization.
- Upload malicious content: Introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
2. Legitimate Use Only
The Service is intended solely for documenting and tracking bona fide freight accessorial claims arising from actual carrier operations. All claims must be based on real loads, valid contractual relationships, and accurate documentation.
3. Enforcement
LoadLeak reserves the right to investigate suspected violations, suspend or terminate accounts, and report illegal activity to law enforcement. We may take action based on our sole discretion without prior notice when we believe a violation has occurred.
